Malaysia Plans to build High Speed 

There have been certainties surrounding the status of the High Speed Rail (HSR). Malaysia and Singapore have agreed to the construction of the HSR KL-SG, is possible in mid of year 2020 to start forward for the project.

Malaysian Prime Minister, Tun Dr Mahathir added that the Bandar Malaysia project would kick off soon including HSR station which is TOD concepts. The HSR will be the first in ASEAN that connected of two countries.

High Speed Rail (HSR) Malaysia and Singapore

TRX City, a wholly owned subsidiary of the Ministry of Finance, entered into a deal comprising the Iskandar Waterfront Holdings (IWH) and CREC (M) Sdn Bhd, to develop Bandar Malaysia and HSR Station.

The finance minister (MoF) said the projects would bring substantive economic value to the nation with an expected GDV of more than USD35bil.

Concurrently, should the HSR KL-SG be expands, the analyst said construction counters may enable to show its some of life. Both countries share similar interests.
